My Role: UX Design Consultant
Challenge
Provide internal users with a way to easily track Sunbelts products including their availability for rental, location, costs etc., while in the field. Sunbelt employees use a variety of devices to access needed information, which required designs for three screen sizes. Additionally, Sunbelt app needed to accommodate a variety of users and allow the user a full end to end experience.

Research Methods
Research for this project was done prior to my addition to the team. To familiarize myself with the project, I reviewed interview notes, meeting recordings and pre-recorded design walk throughs.
Findings
Users needed the ability to:
Search for particular tools or equipment.
Filter their search using a predetermined list of options.
See specific information about each item including but not limited to:
Name
Size
Available quantity
Location
Necessary add-on items etc.
Add the item to their cart

Design Approach
Since designs were well underway when I was staffed on this project, each designer was assigned a portion of the user experience. I was initially assigned Product Inquiry. I later took ownership of the Payment and Checkout flows.
